General Terms

  1. Reservation / Snowkite experience and lesson require reservation.
  2. Depending on wind conditions, we may ask you to change the date and time of participation.
  3. Insurance / Snowkite guests are automatically enrolled in injury insurance. The policy offers compensation in the amount of \2,500 per day for hospital visit ,\5,000 per day for hospitalization, and \10,000,000 in the event of death. We recommend that guests who wish to have a higher level of coverage should enroll in other injury insurance on their own initiative.

Cancellation Policy

  • The fee for canceling a reservation the day before is 50%, and on the day is 100%.

Picking-up is available at the Hirafu Welcome Center and Kutchan Station, as well as hotels.
The shuttles will be shared with other customers even for private tours.
